RSPB - Smew (imm Male) on pool near canal. Mandarin(m) Fisher's Mill. Also hybrid Shelduck sp again (present occasionally since 1998) (C Cook)
Kingsbury - 5 Woodcock, Barn Owl by Canal at dusk (S Cawthray) 21 Little Egret Cliff Pool (19 of which flew to Fisher's Mill at dusk) (W J Eley) Yet another record regional count.
